Architectural Fabrications

With our DNC guillotine & DNC pressbrake, we can efficiently bend up to 4m long and up to 6mm thick. This allows us to manufacture to customers bespoke requirements and be able to make a wider variety of custom fabrications to precise measurements.

MIG/TIG Welding

Punch Press Facilities

Our Trupunch 3000 can create a number of different fabrications for various aspects of industry such as perforated sheets, louvres and flashing corners just to name a few. We can punch up to 3mm thickness stainless steel & 6mm thickness aluminium / mild steel. This high powered machine also aids us with the growing demands of quality finish, large quantity orders.

Entertainment

Alpha Fabrication have a huge wealth of experience supplying to the Entertainment industry. Producing heavy duty Aluminium trussing for use indoor & outdoor on a wide range of events, be they in a Small Theatre right up to Rock Festivals. As well as standard gantries and truss, Alpha also produce Retro style Luminaries primarily used on Stage & Concert venues. Alpha prides itself with expertise in small run & one off products that are needed with short lead times.
